Recently I joined the Design Leader Slack team. I was mostly interested in topics around strategy and leadership. While browsing and chatting with others I stumbled upon a book title that immediately caught my attention: “Articulating Design Decisions”. Tom Greever’s book about “communication with stakeholders, keeping your sanity, and delivering the best user experience” is a detailed, still easy to digest and fun to read resource.
One statement describes really well that delivering good UX does not solely depend on your design skills: “The way you communicate with and manage relationships with stakeholders is critical to your success as a designer.”
